Example: I make homemade tortillas chips from scratch, made with pink salt. Would having a couple of chips suffice as a pinch of salt?

Hi James, it depends because all peoples body are different, so what you have to do is try it out, and listen to what your body tell you.

I only use the original Celtic Sea Salt, you can not get it here in Denmark, so I buy it online in Sweden.
I take 1 finger tip every morning down with ½ glass filtered Vortex water with 1 teaspoon of Mother Earth Cayenne peber..
This Cayenne peber I also buy online in Sweden, can not get it here in Denmark.
Before I learned all this (still learning) I use a lot of spices in my food.
Today I only use the original Celtic Sea Salt and Mother Earth Cayenne peber as spice.
And I have lost about 35 kg since this fake 'virus' plzndemic, Im now about 65 kg.
