What I'm wondering is, do you have to take a pinch of high quality salt with every glass of water, or will something salty, food products made with high quality suffice? Example: I make homemade tortillas chips from scratch, made with pink salt. Would having a couple of chips suffice as a pinch of salt?
I've listened to Barbara for a while now and love her information. I have a little jar of either Celtic or Pink salt that sits next to my water dispenser, and have been doing it for a few months. I was just curious if salt with food if high quality counted as a source of salt that would open the cells to receive its hydration. My biggest issue is learning to drink throughout the day as opposed to drinking most of my hydration in the late afternoon and into the evening. I I'll try the cayenne pepper. See how that plays out. Thanks.

Hi James, it depends because all peoples body are different, so what you have to do is try it out, and listen to what your body tell you.
Barbara O'Neill has explained this several time in other videos.
I only use the original Celtic Sea Salt, you can not get it here in Denmark, so I buy it online in Sweden.
I take 1 finger tip every morning down with ½ glass filtered Vortex water with 1 teaspoon of Mother Earth Cayenne peber..
This Cayenne peber I also buy online in Sweden, can not get it here in Denmark.
Before I learned all this (still learning) I use a lot of spices in my food.
Today I only use the original Celtic Sea Salt and Mother Earth Cayenne peber as spice.
And I have lost about 35 kg since this fake 'virus' plzndemic, Im now about 65 kg.
I buy it here among other places in Sweden:
