Giselle Tapia-Salazar was found dead last month, hanging at the end of a rope on a marina dock.
The 30-year-old Texas woman had been living in League City on a boat with her boyfriend.
Investigators say the mother of four's body was positioned strangely and they believe she was killed somewhere else, then hung from the rope.
